Good game. You definitely need to be able to sprint at the part around the fire tower. Slowly walking around that huge area looking for the key was driving me insane. The tunnels were the best part. I was actually lost in them for a long, long time. I made it out of the tunnel and the screen went to black. The autosave took me back to the beginning of the tunnel, so I haven't finished the game. I would definitley play it again after the bugs are fixed.
Hello again! We have now released a patch which covers most of the known bugs in the game, such as the screen staying black after the tunnel section ends, so if you'd like to play it, the game should now be playable all the way through.
We apologize for the bugs the game had and for any possible future bugs we still haven't found. Since it's the first proper game we've released, things like these are bound to happen.
Also, regarding the tedious walking in the area near the watchtower...
Instead of allowing the player to run at the watchtower, we are looking into alternatives such as reworking some of the progression at that stage of the game to better fit the game as a whole and make it less tedious.

i wasnt sure if that was the end of the game or not. The screen went dark and then the game exited out after that. I still enjoyed it and will be looking forward to what you make next!

I believe what happened there was an odd bug where the game thought you drowned.
There is still about 25-30 minutes of gameplay after the spot where that happened. If you'd like, you can go back and continue and finish the game from an automatically created savefile.
